Finding a good church is an
important step to help you grow in your Christian walk.
A good church will be full of
people that love each other and love the Lord Jesus Christ.
John 4:24 says, "God is spirit, and
those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth."
A good church will love the Word of
God and teach from the Bible expositionally.
This means that the word of God is
studied verse by verse as it is written.
If you live or are visiting the Springfield MO area, you are more
than welcome to come and visit us at
Crossway
Baptist Church as some of us are members there.
Finding a good church can be difficult, I know from personal
experience. After the Lord saved me, my family spent over a year
looking for a good church.
If you are looking for a good church, below are some steps to
help narrow your search:
- Begin by asking God in prayer and trust that he will lead
your steps.
- Do not just go from church to church each Sunday, this can
be very difficult on your family.
Spend some time doing some research about the church before
hand.
Call the pastor ahead of time and ask some questions.
